Central Wasatch Commission Notice of Annual Meeting Schedule Stakeholders Council Stakeholders Council's Regular Meeting Schedule for 2026 During 2026, regular meetings of the Stakeholders Council shall be held on the following dates: - Wednesday, 4 March 2026 - Wednesday, 3 June 2026 - Wednesday, 2 September 2026 - Wednesday, 2 December 2026 Unless otherwise noticed, all meetings of the Stakeholders Council will occur between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on the sixth floor of Millcreek City Hall at 1330 East Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah, as well as online via Zoom. Stakeholders Council Committees' Regular Meeting Schedule for 2026 Unless otherwise noticed, all meetings of any committee of the Stakeholders Council will occur at the CWC's offices at 311 South State Street, Suite 330, Salt Lake City, Utah as well as online via Zoom. Meeting schedules for each committee are as follows: - The Transportation System Committee meets monthly on the second Monday from 3:30pm-5:00pm. - The Environment System Committee meets monthly on the second Tuesday from 3:30pm-5:00pm. - The Economy System Committee meets monthly on the second Wednesday from 3:30pm-4:30pm. - The Recreation System Committee meets bi-monthly on the second Thursday from 2:00pm-3:30pm. - The Millcreek Canyon Committee meets monthly on the third Monday from 1:30pm-2:30pm. The Stakeholders Council and its committees each reserve the right to change the time, date and/or location of any of its meetings upon at least 24 hours' prior public notice, or to cancel any of such meetings or to hold special meetings as circumstances may warrant.
