- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, January, 6, 2026 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Site Plan: Request by Charles Osman for approval of a Site Plan at approximately 2758 S Westlake Drive. The proposed site comprises approximately 3.096 acres in the GC zone.
