Review of Expenditures, Lynn Ruff, Treasurer 4. 3rd Quarter Financial Report, Lynn Ruff, Treasurer 5. Review and Approve Tentative Budget for 2027, Lynn Ruff, Treasurer 6. Clerk to send letter of those attending to Provo River Tentative Budget Meeting October 29, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. 7. Annual Meeting Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 7:00 p.m. at City Offices, Board Meeting, and Final 2027 budget. 8. Review Meeting schedule for 2027 9. Discuss Other Operational Items 10. Public Comments a.
