Description/Agenda: Public Notice Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Kanab City Council Chambers located in the Kanab City Complex at 26 N. 100 E. Kanab Utah; the Kanab Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss and recommend possible amendments to the Kanab City Land Use Ordinance chapter 4 Supplementary Regulations. The amendment is to discuss and adopt a minimum set back along Highway 89A for any development along the highway frontage. At the time and place set forth above, all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
