West Haven City Irrigation Diversion Relocation- 5100 W, West Haven INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids for the construction of the Irrigation Diversion Relocation- 5100 W, West Haven will be received by West Haven City at the District office, 4150 S 3900 W, West Haven City, UT 84401, until 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, 1/14/2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of: 5100 W, Irrigation Diversion Structure Relocation. Project consists of removal/replacement of existing 18' pipe, removing existing diversion box, and installing junction structures and a new diversion box outside of future roadway. The project shall be governed by the contract documents. The successful bidder will be responsible for meeting all bonding, traffic control, encroachment permit, other requirements imposed by UDOT and/or Weber County and/or West Haven City at no additional cost to OWNER. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The contracts will be awarded, if they are to be awarded based on this solicitation, to the responsive, responsible bidder (please refer specifically to Article 3 in Section 1.2) submitting the lowest bid. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
