NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, January 8, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items: 1. Public hearing, consideration and possible action on Chapter 17.62, R-1-4 Single-Family Residential Zone. This includes the creation of a new zoning district. Santa Clara City, applicant. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express their opinion on the matter. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Recorder, Selena Nez at 673-6712, ext. 203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
