NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 150 West Main Wellington, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a regular meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 2. Public Comment Period 3. Chief Kosmack - Employee Update 4. Appointment of Wellington City Representative to PRWID 5. Approve Cody Austin to list of Wellington City check signers 6. Business License Fee 7. RESOLUTION 2025-06 - A RESOLUTION OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF WELLINGTON CITY, UTAH, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING AND AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE NOT MORE THAN $3,000,000 OF LEASE REVENUE BONDS FOR A NEW CITY HALL, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS; FIXING THE MAXIMUM INTEREST RATE, MATURITY AND DISCOUNT OF THE BONDS; AND RELATED MATTERS. 8. RESOLUTION 2025-07 - A RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON CITY, CARBON COUNTY, UTAH (THE 'CITY'), APPROVING THE ADOPTION BY THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF WELLINGTON CITY, UTAH, OF A PARAMETERS RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NOT MORE THAN $3,000,000 LEASE REVENUE BONDS FOR A NEW CITY HALL, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS 9.
