NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF REAL PROPERTY INTO BONA VISTA WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT A petition has been filed by Brent Bailey, owner of all the private real property, serial numbers 19-016-0111, 19-016-0046, 19-016-0050, 19-016-0051 in Weber County, Utah to annex that area into the Bona Vista Water District. The service provided by that District is culinary water which was requested by Weber County. Additional information about the proposed annexation can be obtained from the District office at 2020 West 1300 North, Farr West, Utah. The District's telephone number is (801) 621-0474 ext. 204. The petition for annexation is scheduled to be considered by the District's Board of Trustees at its regular meeting to be held January 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the District office at 2020 West 1300 North, Farr West, Utah. Please note the resolution may be delayed for not to exceed 60 days following the public hearing. The area to be annexed is shown on the attached plat and is described as follows: A PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 2 WEST OF THE SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN. BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY 89 LOCATED 435.96 FEET NORTH 89°31'23' WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER AND 102.37 FEET SOUTH 00°28'37' WEST FROM THE NORTH QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 25; RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 29°11'06' EAST (SOUTH 29°35' EAST BY RECORD) 775.26 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTWESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE TO THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF THE ERICKSON SUBDIVISION FILED AS ENTRY NO. 1637910 IN THE FILES OF THE WEBER COUNTY RECORDER; THENCE SOUTH 57°51'53' WEST 697.37 FEET ALONG THE BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID ERICKSON SUBDIVISION TO NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF THE CRAIG ERICKSON PROPERTY, TAX ID. NO. 19-016-0119 BEING A POINT ON THE NORTHEASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE O.S.L. RAILROAD; THENCE NORTH 25°54'00' WEST 741.04 FEET ALONG SAID NORTHEASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE; THENCE NORTH 24°43'01' EAST 95.34 FEET; THENCE NORTH 59°18'33' EAST 577.14 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 12.087 ACRES.
