The Hurricane City Council adopted the following ordinances:
1. Ordinance 2025-23 Approving a Secondary Water Impact Fee Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Analysis, and an Impact Fee.
2. Ordinance 2025-24 Amending Title 10, Chapter 37 regarding front yard requirements for flag lots.
3. Ordinance 2025-25 Amending Title 10, Chapters 11 & 13 regarding R1-4 zoning.
4. Ordinance 2025-26 Amending Title 10, Chapter 6 Section 10-6-5 regarding Appeals Board Compensation.
