NOTICE OF ORANGEVILLE PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง 10-20-205 that
Orangeville City Planning and Zoning Commission ('the Commission') will hold a public
hearing on January 6, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at 25 North Main to receive public
comments and discuss proposed amendments. Orangeville City Council will hold a public
hearing on January 8, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at 25 North Main to receive public
comments and consider amendments to multiple sections of city code, updating references
to renumbered sections of Utah State Code regarding:
Ordinance 2026-2 - Consideration of an ordinance, amending Orangeville City Code to adopt the
accurate cross-references to state code into city code.
