Description/Agenda: I, the duly appointed and acting recorder for the City of River Heights, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing two ordinances were adopted by the City Council on December 16, 2025: Ordinance 6-2025, An Ordinance to Adopt Changes to the City Code of River Heights City, and Ordinance 7-2025, An Ordinance Adopting the Wildland-Urban Interface Fire Code and Declaring that No Areas Within River Heights City Qualify as Wildland-Urban Interface Hazard Areas, and were posted at the following locations on December 22, 2025, per Utah Code 63G-30-102: 1. River Heights City Office, 520 S 500 E 2. Telephone pole at 600 East River Heights Boulevard 3. Telephone Pole, 700 South Summerwild Ave 4. River Heights City Website: www.riverheights.org 5.
