RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 8, 2026 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s):
a. 'Green Bin,' PLZ-25-2055, a conditional use home occupation permit application for property located at 2126 Marblewood Drive. The applicant describes his business as a plastic tote rental service. Applicant - Jeremy Berg
b. 'Quinn Rezone and General Plan Amendment,' PLZ-25-4010, an application to rezone approximately .97-acres located at 1980 West 13400 South from R-3 (Single-family residential 14,000 sf-lots minimum) to R-4 (Single-family residential 10,000 sf lots), and to amend the General Plan from Estate-Density Residential to Medium-Density Residential. c. 'Baird Rezone and General Plan Amendment' PLZ-25-4012, an application to rezone approximately 0.71 acres located at 1742 and 1758 West 11800 South from RR-22 to RM-8-SD, also a General Plan Amendment from Estate-Density Residential to High-Density Residential. d. 'Aune Ordinance Amendment,' PLZ-25-5009, an application to change Riverton City Code 18.15.010 (Agriculture Zone) to allow dog breeding and kenneling in the A-5, A-10, and A-20 zones. Applicant - Josh Aune
This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live.
