Description/Agenda

Pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-202, the MIDA Mountain Village Public Infrastructure District hereby provides notice of its anticipated meeting schedule for the 2026 calendar year. All meetings are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Utah Code §§ 52-4-204 and 52-4-205, in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. Meetings will be conducted electronically via Zoom. Zoom registration links will be included in the agenda posted for each individual meeting. While the MIDA Mountain Village Public Infrastructure District aims to adhere to this schedule, the dates and times are subject to modification based on business needs and quorum availability. Specific notice for each meeting, including any changes to the dates listed below, will be posted at least 24 hours in advance in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. Schedule January 6, 2026 at 2:00 pm March 3, 2026 at 4:00 pm May 5, 2026 at 4:00 pm June 9, 2026 at 4:00 pm August 4, 2026 at 2:00 pm October 6, 2026 at 2:00 pm December 8, 2026 at 4:00 pm

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Board members may participate in the meeting via videoconferencing or telephonic communication. Both videoconference and telephone communication will be enabled so that members and all other meeting participants and attendees will be able to hear all discussions.

Other Information

In the event of an absence of a majority quorum, agenda items will be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting. By motion of a Board Member, the Board may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes allowed by law, Utah Code §§ 52-4-204, 52-4-205, 52-4-206
