Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ADOPT ORDINANCE 2026-1: AN ORDINANCE OF THE ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL ENACTING CHAPTER 10-2-1 UNDER TITLE 10, BUILDING CODES AND CONSTRUCTION, OF THE ORANGEVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT THE 2006 EDITION OF THE UTAH WILDLAND-URBAN INTERFACE CODE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Orangeville City Council will hold a Public Hearing on January 8, 2026 at 6:30 p.m., located at the Orangeville City Hall at 25 North Main St., for the purpose of receiving public comment and adopting the following ordinance: - Ordinance 2026-1: An Ordinance to Adopt the Wildland Urban Interface Code to comply with HB 48. The purpose of this Ordinance is to determine regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from wildland fire within the area known as the Wildland-Urban Interface Overlay Area.
