Notice of Midterm Vacancy on Board of Trustees Notice is hereby given that Mutton Hollow Improvement District is taking applications to fill one midterm vacancy on the Board of Trustees, pursuant to Utah Code 20A-1-512. Any person interested in being appointed to fill the Board vacancy must submit a completed application along with a short summary of interest to: Mutton Hollow Improvement District 151 E 1050 N Kaysville, UT 84037 by 5:00 pm, 7 January 2026 The Board of Trustees intends to attempt to fill the vacancy under a term of office that shall expire December 31, 2025, by appointment at the Board of Trustees special meeting on the following date, time, and location: DATE: 8 January 2026 TIME: 8:00 pm LOCATION: The meeting will be broadcast via a ZOOM link and will be conducted by Justin Logan, Chairman.
