NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT (THE 'DISTRICT') WILL HOLD A MEETING ON DECEMBER 29, 2025, AT 9:00 A.M. AT THE OFFICE OF GILMORE & BELL P.C., 15 WEST SOUTH TEMPLE STREET, SUITE 1400 (14TH FLOOR), SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 84101 AND VIA ELECTRONIC MEANS.

A. Call to Order
B. Budget Public Hearing and Adoption
1. Public Hearing to review and receive public comment on an amendment to the District's 2025 budget to amend the debt service fund budget and consideration for adoption of the budget amendment. Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any other item in the tentative budget.
Consideration of a resolution approving the 2025 budget amendment.
2. Public Hearing to review and receive public comment on the District's 2026 tentative budget and consideration for adoption of the final 2026 budget. Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any other item in the tentative budget.
Consideration of a resolution approving the 2026 budget.
C. Action Items
3. Approve Minutes from December 19, 2025, Board of Trustees Meeting.
4. Consider approval of creation of one or more bank accounts to deposit fifth-fifth sales taxes and related revenues.
5. Discuss and consider approval of an auditor for the District.
D. Adjourn
If needed, the Board may temporarily recess the regular meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss (a) the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, (b) strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining, (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, or to discuss a proposed development agreement, project proposal, or financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the State, (e) strategy sessions to discuss the sale of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, (f) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems, (g) investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct as provided.
