Downtown Revitalization Public Infrastructure District

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF DOWNTOWN REVITALIZATION PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON DECEMBER 29, 2025, AT 9:00 A.M. AT THE OFFICE OF GILMORE & BELL P.C., 15 WEST SOUTH TEMPLE STREET, SUITE 1400 (14TH FLOOR), SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH 84101 AND VIA ELECTRONIC MEANS.
The public hearings are as follows:
Public hearing to review and receive public comment on an amendment to the District's 2025 budget to amend the debt service fund budget and consideration for adoption of the budget amendment. Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any other item in the tentative budget.
Public hearing to review and receive public comment on the District's 2026 tentative budget and consideration for adoption of the final 2026 budget. Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any other item in the tentative budget.
Motions relating to any of the items listed above, including final action, may be taken. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute.
