- PUBLIC NOTICE VERNAL CITY ORDINANCE NO 2025-19 ADOPTED Notice is hereby given that Ordinance No. 2025-19, an ordinance of Vernal City amending chapter 16.60 Master Site Plan of the Vernal City Municipal Code was passed and adopted July 16, 2025 in a regular City Council Meeting. Ordinance No. 2025-19 amends Chapter 16.60 of the Vernal Municipal Code related to Master Site Plan requirements. The ordinance clarifies when site plan approval is required and establishes updated procedures and classifications for full master site plans, modified master site plans, and changes of use. These amendments are intended to provide clearer development standards, ensure appropriate review based on project scale and impact, and support orderly, consistent growth while addressing infrastructure, traffic, and land use considerations within Vernal City. The ordinance takes effect immediately upon adoption and posting, as provided by law. A copy of the ordinance is on file and available for public inspection at the Vernal City Recorder's Office during regular business hours. Published on the Public Notice Website December 19, 2025.
