- ORDINANCE NO. O-59-2025 AN ORDINANCE OF EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY, UTAH, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND FUTURE LAND USE MAP TO ASSIGN FINAL ZONING DESIGNATIONS TO THE WHITE HILLS AREA PREAMBLE WHEREAS, Eagle Mountain City adopted an updated Zoning Map on February 20, 2024; and WHEREAS, at the time of adoption, a small number of areas-including the White Hills area-were labeled 'Under Review,' as the precise zoning designations for those parcels had not yet been finalized; and WHEREAS, the City has since reviewed and verified the appropriate zoning classifications for the affected properties within the White Hills area; and WHEREAS, this clarification is a housekeeping amendment intended to officially assign the correct existing zones to properties previously marked 'Under Review'; and WHEREAS, corresponding updates to the Future Land Use Map are necessary to maintain consistency and alignment with the clarified zoning designations; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that these amendments promote accuracy, transparency, and proper administration of the City's land use documents. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, that the Official Zoning Map and Future Land Use Map are hereby amended to assign final zoning designations to the affected properties within the White Hills area, as depicted in Exhibit A. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its first posting or publication. ADOPTED by the City Council of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, this 16th of December, 2025. EAGLE MOUNTAIN CITY, UTAH
