- NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, at their meeting of December 18, 2025, passed and adopted the following Ordinances: Ordinance 25-77 (12-18-25) Approving the Annexation of 1,209.952 acres of land (SITLA Saratoga Springs Annexation). Ordinance 25-78 (12-18-25) Adopting an amendment to the Land use map of the General Plan, approving the Community Plan for Three Canyons, and approving a Master Development Agreement. Copies of these Ordinances are on file in the office of the City of Saratoga Springs City Recorder and are available for review during business hours. This notice has been posted on: The Utah Public Notice Website, The City of Saratoga Springs Website, and The City of Saratoga Springs administration building notice board.
