- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Nephi City Council will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the 400 W Annexation. This proposed annexation includes 6.01 acres consisting of property owned by: Bryan T. Jacobson, Trustees Lisa M. Jacobson located at 590 S 400 W, Juab County Parcel No. XB00-2411-1. Michael T. Jones and Ann M. Jones located at approximately 640 S 400 W, Juab County Parcel No. XB00-2411-2. The hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026, in the Nephi City Council Chambers at 21 E. 100 N. Nephi, UT 84648
