2026 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE

Pursuant to section 52-4-202 of the Utah Code, the City of Clearfield hereby gives notice that the Clearfield City Council will generally hold its regular City Council meetings for the 2025 calendar year on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The regular meetings generally begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held in the Clearfield City Council Chambers located at 55 South State, 3rd Floor, Clearfield, Utah. Scheduled meetings may be cancelled when the need arises. In such instances at least 24-hour notice will be given regarding the cancellation.
All City Council meetings and work sessions are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 of the Utah Code relative to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open Meetings Act. Work, special, or emergency meetings in addition to those specified may be held as circumstances require. A minimum of 24-hour notice will be given for such meetings.
In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, the City of Clearfield will accommodate reasonable requests to assist the disabled to participate in the meetings. Request for assistance can be made by calling the City Offices at 525-2707 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.

The Clearfield PLANNING COMMISSION will generally hold its regular meetings for the 2026 calendar year on the first Wednesdays of each month with the possibility of additional meetings on the third Wednesday, as needed. A minimum 24-hour notice will be given for such meetings. The regular meetings generally begin at 6:30 p.m. and are held in the Clearfield City Council Chambers located at 55 South State, 3rd Floor, Clearfield, Utah. Scheduled meetings may be cancelled when the need arises. In such instances at least 24-hour notice will be given regarding the cancellation.

The regular meetings generally begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held in the Clearfield City Executive conference room at 55 South State, 3rd Floor, Clearfield, Utah. Scheduled meetings may be cancelled when the need arises. In such instances at least 24-hour notice will be given regarding the cancellation.
