Public Notice is hereby given that that 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule of the Human Rights Commission of Salt Lake City, Utah, shall be as follows:
The Human Rights Commission holds meetings on the first Tuesday of every other month except for November. Due to Election Day, it will held on the second Tuesday. These meetings are typically held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- January 6th, 2026
- March 3rd, 2026
- May 5th, 2026
- July - Commission Retreat to be held sometime in summer based on Commission members availability.
- September 1st, 2026
- November 10th, 2026
- December 10th, 2026 - Human Rights Day Celebration
Meetings are currently being held in Hybrid 1 status, meaning the public can attend only in
person at the City and County Building, 451 S State St., Salt Lake City, Utah 84111.
All Human Rights Commission meetings are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204, 52-4-205, and 52-4-206, Utah Code Annotated. Notice of Human Rights Commission meetings are given at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting as required by State law. An agenda of each meeting is posted at:

Meetings may be held or canceled as circumstances may require, subject to applicable public notice requirements.
