Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Duchesne County Planning Commission will meet at 5:00 p.m. at the Duchesne County Centennial Event Center, 60 W 400 S Street, Duchesne, Utah , on January 7, 2025, to conduct a public hearing on a request by Ken Richens for a conditional use permit to operate a critical infrastructure material operation on Parcel #00-0007-6079, located in section 34 of Township 3 South, Range 2 West.
