OAK CITY TOWN BOARD PUBLIC HEARING & REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold a Public Hearing along with its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2025 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The Public Hearing will begin with an invocation and public comment will then be taken on the proposed Ordinance 2025-04 Compensation of Statutory Officers and General Employees of the Town of Oak City. Subsequently, public comment will be taken on proposed Ordinance 2025-05 Zoning Map Amendment on Property Located at Approximately 555 W 100 N. Next, public comment on proposed Ordinance 2025-06 Oak City Wildland-Urban Interface Code. This Hearing will begin at 7:30 pm; after which, the Regular Town Board Meeting will begin. The following agenda items will be considered at the Regular Meeting: A. Adopt Agenda. B. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held Thursday, November 20, 2025. C. Discuss and Possibly Approve Proposed Ordinance 2025-04 Compensation of Statutory Officers and General Employees of the Town of Oak City. D. Discuss and Possibly Approve Proposed Ordinance 2025-05 Zoning Map Amendment on Property Located at Approximately 555 W 100 N. E. Discuss and Possibly Approve Proposed Ordinance 2025-06 Oak City Wildland-Urban Interface Code. F. Discuss and Possibly Accept for Further Consideration the Annexation Petition Submitted by Dave and DeAnn Steele. G. Discuss and Possibly Accept for Further Consideration the Annexation Petition Submitted by Barry Anderson. H. Discuss and Update Consolidated Fee Schedule Pertaining to Land Use Related Fees and Bulk Water Fee per 1000 gallons. I. Public Comment. J. Monthly Financial Report. K. Departmental Reports. L.
