SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 70 of 2025 The Salt Lake City Council, at its December 2, 2025, meeting adopted an ordinance amending various sections of Title 21A of the Salt Lake City Code relating to parking dimensions and off-street parking standards. The ordinance clarifies driveway parking eligibility for single-family, two-family, and townhome-type dwellings, expand tandem parking allowances, and update parking space dimensions to align with current engineering standards. The changes align the City parking requirements with S.B. 181 and H.B. 368. Other sections of Title 21A may also be amended as part of this petition. Petition No.: PLNPCM2025-00358.
