1) ADOPT RESOLUTION # 883-2025 AMENDING AND RESTATING BOARD RESOLUTION # 883-2025 in its entirety with respect to the project Sunrise Metro and Atkinson Stacks as shown. Key changes to the Omnibus Written Consent of now 68 items include the Construction Loan higher, the Permanent Loan higher, a Conversion Assurance Note added, and Conversion Assurance of Deed, Rents, and Security Agreement added.
