THE SUN STONE INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING Virtual Public Meeting Agenda for: December 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM The Board of Trustees of the Sun Stone Infrastructure Financing District ('Board') will meet in public session to hold its Board Meeting on December 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The meeting will be an electronic meeting with no anchor location pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-207(5). The district will respond to timely requests for an anchor location. Potential closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation and/or other matters aspermitted by Utah Code §§ 52-4-204 through 205 (if needed, motion and vote required to proceed). 5. Adjourn
