- PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING BIG WATER MUNICIPAL CORPORATION Notice is hereby given that the Big Water Municipal Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on December 29, 2025, at 6 PM in Big Water Town Hall Council Chambers, 60 Aaron Burr, Big Water, UT The purpose of the meeting is to consider and act upon the following: Jed Harr Application - Request for a variance to reduce the required front of property setback from 10 feet to 0 feet for building on the commercial property line on Lot B-13-27A Independence Dr., Big Water, UT. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing and will be given a reasonable amount of time to be heard. Written comments may also be submitted in advance to Peggy Short, P & Z Clerk, at pshort@bigaterut.gov.
