Description/Agenda

The Board of Trustees for the West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District held a public hearing on Tuesday December 2, 2025 regarding budgets, the increase of impact and service fees and to present the updated Capital Facilities Plan. The board voted 'yes' to approve the budgets, increase fees and accept the Capital Facilities Plan. The new fee schedule is added below. The increased fees will go into effect on March 2, 2026. West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District 1561 South 7500 West Ogden, Utah 84404 385-566-3927 FEE SCHEDULE Effective March 2, 2026 IMPACT FEES 1. Weber Basin Water Rights Impact Fee-- $10,082.00 per connection 2. Capital Facilities Impact Fee-- $ 4,664.00 per connection 3. Connection Fee a. Without Existing Lateral Service-- $ 4,300.00 per connection b. With Existing Lateral Service-- $ 600.00 per connection Single Service not in a subdivision-- TOTAL: $19,046.00 Over 2 services subdivision-- TOTAL: $15,346.00 METER UPGRADE FEES 1. 3/4 inch-- Standard meter included with impact fees above 2. Additional fee to upgrade meters will be based on the increased cost of meter material and labor at the current market prices at time of installation. MISCELLANEOUS FEES 1. Water use during construction--up to 10,000 gallons $100.00 2. Plan review fees for developments charged based on the District's Engineer's fee 3. Shut-off fee a. During business hours $ 50.00 b. After hours $ 75.00 4. Fees charged for damaged meters, boxes, rings, lids, etc., based on the current cost of materials.
