Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold their Regular Meeting at 7:00 pm, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 7:00 pm Regular Meeting. 1. Welcome/Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading/Approval of the Minutes. 4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees 5. Discussion/Action Items: A. Discuss Land Use Ordinances (Public Hearing held prior to Regular Meeting. (I) ADU's. (II) Short Term Rentals. B. Discuss General Plan. (I) Review & Discuss Draft of General Plan Update. C. Ariel Martinez - Request to Purchase Alley behind City Hall. D. J. J. Valerio - Application for Business License for Storage Inside of Shea Building. E. Review of New Building Permits. F. Follow-up on previous Building Permits. 6. Training 7. Other Business. 8. Adjournment.
