NOTICE OF NORTH UTAH COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT BUDGET HEARINGS. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Utah Code 17B-1-609 and 17B-1-621 that the Board of Trustees will hold public hearings on December 23, 2025 beginning at 3 pm to receive public comments on: (1) a proposed amendment to the District's 2025 budget; and (2) the District's proposed budget for 2026. The meeting will be held at the American Fork City Administrative Building, (Conference Room) 51 East Main Street, American Fork, Utah. The public is also invited to review and inspect the proposed amendment and proposed budget at the District's Office at 75 North Center, American Fork, Utah during business hours. You can also obtain copies of the proposed budget and submit written comments prior to the public hearing by contacting John H. Jacobs at 801-756-6071 or sending an email to john.nucwcd@gmail.com. Individuals needing special accommodations ( including ancillary communicative aids and services) during the public hearing should contact John Jacobs three days before the hearing. In accordance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations please contact the office (1) day in advance at the number or email listed above. The purpose of the hearing is to finalize the 2026 Budget and amend the 2025 Budget for the North Utah County Water Conservancy District. All interested individuals and constituents are invited to attend the hearings. This will also be the annual meeting for the Board of Trustees.
