2026 Schedule of Regular Monthly Board Meetings For Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board All regular scheduled Monthly Board Meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each Month unless a recognized Holiday at which the meeting will then be held the following Tuesday. The Dates, Times, and Locations for the meetings are listed below. The Vernal City Office is located @ 374 E. Main and the AVSMB Office is located @ 2200 South 4000 East in Naples.
