Town of Cedar Fort Tuesday, December 16, 2025 @ 6:30 pm Town Hall, 50 East Center Street, Cedar Fort, UT 84013 POLICY MEETING CALL TO ORDER 1. Roll Call. 2. Prayer/Thought. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. REPORTS 1. Mayor. 2. City Council. 3. Department Reports: Police, Fire, Water, Treasurer, Billing Clerk, Clerk, Building Clerk, Sexton, Cemetery Committee Chair, Planning Commission, Public Information Officer. PUBLIC COMMENT Time for Public Input is limited to no more than 2-3 minutes per person. This time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments for subject matter not listed as public hearing on the agenda. CONSENT ITEMS The Council may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration. 1. Approval of Minutes: March 18, 2025. 2. Approval of Minutes: April 15, 2025. 3. Approval of Minutes: June 16, 2025. 4. Approval of Minutes: July 22, 2025. 5. Approval of Minutes: August 19, 2025. 6. Approval of Minutes: September 22, 2025. 7. Approval of Minutes: October 21, 2025. 8. Approval of Minutes: November 18, 2025. 9. Approval of Budget/Town Bills. PUBLIC HEARINGS The Council will accept public comment and may approve the following items: 1.A PUBLIC HEARING APPROVING NOT MORE THAN $1,600,000 WATER REVENUE BONDS AND WATER REVENUE BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING, AND ESTABLISHING THE MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT, INTEREST RATE, MATURITY AND DISCOUNT, AND RELATED MATTERS. 2. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $1,556,000 WATER REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, PURSUANT TO AN ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT TO BE APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN CLERK AS THE PRICING COMMITTEE, TO ACQUIRE WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS; AND RELATED MATTERS. BUSINESS ITEMS The Council will discuss (without public comment) and may approve the following items: 1. Free library project. 2. Meeting schedule for 2026 3. Adobe subscription. 4. Wildland PC Statement. CLOSED MEETING Possible motion to enter into closed meeting for the purchase, exchange, or lease of property; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character, professional competence, or the physical or mental health of an individual; or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems.
