PUBLIC COMMENT
Time for Public Input is limited to no more than 2-3 minutes per person. This time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments for subject matter not listed as public hearing on the agenda.

The Council may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Council will accept public comment and may approve the following items:
1.A PUBLIC HEARING APPROVING NOT MORE THAN $1,600,000 WATER REVENUE BONDS AND WATER REVENUE BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING, AND ESTABLISHING THE MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT, INTEREST RATE, MATURITY AND DISCOUNT, AND RELATED MATTERS.
2. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $1,556,000 WATER REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, PURSUANT TO AN ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT TO BE APPROVED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN CLERK AS THE PRICING COMMITTEE, TO ACQUIRE WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS; AND RELATED MATTERS.
BUSINESS ITEMS
The Council will discuss (without public comment) and may approve the following items:
1. Free library project.
2. Meeting schedule for 2026
3. Adobe subscription.
4. Wildland PC Statement.
CLOSED MEETING
Possible motion to enter into closed meeting for the purchase, exchange, or lease of property; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character, professional competence, or the physical or mental health of an individual; or the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems.
