COPPERTON TOWN COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Utah Code Section 10-3-818, notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held in the Bingham Canyon Lions Club located at 8725 Hillcrest St., Copperton, UT 84006 during the City Council Meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 6:30 pm MST.
The purpose of the hearing is to discuss placement of a License Plate Reader Camera in the Town of Copperton.
At the date and time fixed for the public hearing all who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views on the subject above. Those who wish to attend and speak at the hearing may do so.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Town of Copperton will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling 385-377-9466 within three working days of the meeting.
