PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford City Board of Adjustment will hold a Regular Meeting Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at the City Building, located at 26 South 100 West, which shall begin at 7:00 p.m. NOTICE & AGENDA 7:00 PM – Call to Order 1. Chairman’s Welcome and Call to Order of Regular Meeting. Consent Issues 1. Review and Approval of Minutes from August 14, 2008 and August 18, 2008 Regular Meetings. New Business 1. Sunnyside Subdivision-Petition for a Variance located at 988 South Shauntie Street, Lot 15 to relax a zoning regulated front setback from 20’ to 11’ on North side of property for a home with attached garage. 2. Appointment of Patricia Stewart to the Board of Adjustments Commission Reports & Comments 1. Lola Bridge, Chairman 2. Jennifer Cox 3. Gary Mayer 4. Mark Whitney 5. Patricia Stewart 6. Makayla Bealer, City Treasurer/Zoning Admin.
