Item No. 2 Audit Presentation & Review: Auditors from Aycock, Miles, & Associates CPA's will present to the City Council their findings and recommendations per their audit. The Providence City Council will review, discuss, and may take action on approving the City's annual audit review. (REPORT)
Item No. 3 100 E Plans and Updates: The Providence City Council will review and discuss the current plans and updates to 100 E. (TREE ASSESSMENT), (ENVIRO. STUDY), (ENGIN. EST.), (PROJECT CERT.), (SHPO), (PROJECT STANDARDS), (UDOT PLANS)

Item No. 4 Ordinance 07-2025: PCC 1-3-2 Residence for persons w. disabilities amendment: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on an ordinance that amends PCC 1-3-2. Amendment seeks to clarify the definition of residence for persons w. disabilities. Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 19th and recommended that the City Council approve the amendments

Item No. 5 Ordinance 06-2025: Wildland Urban Interface proposed code amendment: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on an ordinance regarding a proposed code amendment to Providence City Code 9-6-7 & 10-5-7; as it relates to the city's Wildland Urban Interface Code. Item No. 6 Ordinance 08-2025: PCC 10-9-8 Mining and similar activities code amendment: The Providence City Council will review, discuss and may take action on an ordinance that amends PCC 10-9-8 Mining and Similar Activities. Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 19th and recommended that the City Council approve the amendments. (ORDIN. 08-2025)

Item No. 8 City Managers Yearly Review (Closed Session): Providence City Council will move to a closed session to do their annual review of the City Manager. Council may discuss and take action on the City Manager's compensation/bonuses within the already approved budget.
