PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Public hearing for discussion and/or action on a development agreement to preserve development rights, timing of project development and overall project layout for approximately 19.32 acres.
