Marysvale Town Board Meeting Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Marysvale Community Center 1. Approval of Minutes of 11/11/2025 2. Pay Bills - November 2025 3. Recognition of Outgoing Mayor and Town Board Member - Jon Christensen 4. America 250 - Piute High School 5. Adoption of proposed Marysvale Town Ordinance 12-1900, an Ordinance of Marysvale Town adopting the 2006 Edition of the International Wildland-Urban Interface (IWUIC), as currently amended by the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands regulating and governing the mitigation of hazards to life and property from the intrusion of fire from wildland exposures, fire from adjacent structures and the preservation of structure fires from spreading to wildland fuels, providing for the issuance of permits and the collection of fees, enforcing enhanced building codes in the town's WUI designated area and repealing any prior conflicting ordinances, and providing for an effect date. 6. Update on Town Shooting Range - Clay James 7. Ensign Master Contract 8. Rodeo Committee - Pam Anderton/Jeania Kennedy 9. Reports, Updates, Old Business Follow-up, Elected Officials and Staff 10. Public Comment 11. Closed Session: The council may consider a motion to move to closed session for specific purposes allowed under the Open and Public Meetings Act (Utah Code Section 52-4-205) including strategy sessions to discuss purchase, exchange, lease or sale of real property, litigation, the character, professional competence or physical/mental health of an individual and for the attorney-client communications (Utah Code Section 78B-1-137) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices or systems, or any other lawful purpose. www.marysvale.gov
