Description/Agenda
The Department of Workforce Services, Housing and Community Development Division (HCD) and Office of Homeless Services (OHS) is holding a public comment period regarding its 2024 Comprehensive Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER). This plan reports on the accomplishments of the HUD funded, state-run community planning and development programs. These programs include the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), the Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Program, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program, and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Program. This plan covers the 2024 program year (FY24) that ran from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
In 2024, HCD had $23,366,301 available, which includes new federal funding, program income, matching funding, and unspent prior year's resources. In Program Year 2024, $23,793,142 was expended on program projects.
