- MILLARD COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AGENDA Public Notice is hereby given that the Board of the Millard County Redevelopment Agency consisting of the commissioners of Millard County, Utah will meet in a Special Public Session at the Millard County Courthouse, 50 South Main, Fillmore, Utah commencing at 11:15 a.m., December 16, 2025. The meeting will occur concurrent with a meeting of the Millard County Board of County Commissioners. CONSENT AGENDA: Approval prior RDA Minutes, as necessary REGULAR AGENDA: Discussion and Possible Approval of Resolution 25-12-16, a Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of Millard County, Utah Authorizing the Millard County Redevelopment Agency to Approve an Amendment to Tax Increment Participation Agreement Between the Agency and ECG Utah Solar 1, LLC Closed Session (if necessary) -Possible Closed Meeting Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Section 52-4-204 & 205 RECONVENE THE REGULAR MILLARD COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Millard County Clerk's Office at 765 South Highway 99, Fillmore, Utah (435-743-6223 or 435-864-2400, at least three working days prior to the meeting.
