OF MONROE CITY ORDINANCE 12 02 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 9, 2025, the Mayor and City Council of Monroe adopted Ordinance 12 02 2025, an Ordinance amending Monroe City Land Use Title 13.10.3 Wellhead Protection Zone General Requirements.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon posting of this summary at Monroe City Office, www.pmn.utah.gov and www.monroeut.gov(city website) this 12th day of December 2025.
