- NOTICE OF PERRY CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Perry City Council will hold, in the City Council Chambers at 1950 South Highway 89 in Perry, a public hearing to receive public comment regarding Resolution 2025-25 Adopting a Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget Amendment and Ordinance 25-X Boundary Adjustment with Willard. These public hearings, starting at approximately 6:40 p.m. will be held in conjunction with the Perry City Council meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, December 22, 2025. After the public hearings, the proposed Resolution and Ordinance may be adopted, with or without changes, in the same public meeting. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome and shall be given the opportunity to be heard. A Copy of the proposed Resolution and Ordinance is available for public review in the office of the City Recorder located at 1950 S. Highway 89, Perry, Utah (south entrance).
