Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Please take notice that the Garfield County Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: SUBJECT: Wildland Urban Interface Code Adoption DATE: Monday, December 22, 2025 TIME: 12:00 PM LOCATION: Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759 The Board of Garfield County Commissioners will be considering an ordinance which would adopt the Utah Wildland Urban Interface Code (WUI), including the State WUI Risk Maps for Garfield County. The public hearing will be held during a special Garfield County Commission Meeting on Monday, December 22, 2025at 12:00 PM in the Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
