Budget Adoption Notice: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated (UCA) 17-36-11, the Juab County, Utah 2026 Tentative Budget is available for public inspection at the Clerk/Auditor's office in the Juab County Administration Building in Nephi, Utah. Pursuant to UCA 17-36-12 and 17-36-13, the Juab County Commission has scheduled public budget hearings for Juab County and all of its subdivisions at the Juab County Administration Building, Commission Chambers, 160 North Main Street, in Nephi, Utah to hold a public hearing for open discussion related to the 2026 budget amendments and adoption of the proposed 2026 budget, on Monday, December 15, 2025, as follows: Juab Special Service District #2 - 5:30 p.m.; Juab Special Service Fire District - 5:45 p.m., Juab County - 6:00 p.m.; and Juab Community Reinvestment Agency - 6:15 p.m. Pursuant to Utah Code 17-16-14 as amended (effective May 1, 2024), notice is hereby given that the Juab County Commission has scheduled a public hearing which will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the Juab County Commission Chambers, 160 North Main, Nephi, UT, to consider a planned compensation increase for Executive County Officers as defined in Utah Code 17-16-14(2)(a)(iii) in the 2026 budget. Pursuant to 17-36-12 and 17-36-13 of the Utah Code Annotated, the Juab County Commission has scheduled to hold a public hearing for open discussion related to the adoption of the proposed 2026 budget immediately following the public hearing for the planned increase of compensation for Executive County Officers.
