- The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinance on 18 November 2025: Ordinance 2025-27 expanding the transient rental overlay district to include the property at 71 South 200 West currently zoned R-1-7. The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on 2 December 2025: Ordinance 2025-17 amending Chapter 7.06 of the Midway City Municipal Code regarding transient lodging rentals.
