PUBLIC NOTICE KAYSVILLE CITY ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE - 2026 Pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-202, Kaysville City hereby provides notice of its meeting schedule for the 2026 calendar year. All meetings and work sessions are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Utah Code §§ 52-4-204 and 52-4-205, in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. Work, special, or emergency meetings may also be held as circumstances require. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, Utah. Any exceptions to the schedule below will be announced and posted at least 24 hours in advance. City Council Meetings Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7:00 p.m., except for the following dates: - January 1 - April 2 Planning Commission Meetings Meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at 7:00 p.m., except for the following dates: - November 26 - December 24 Historic Preservation Commission Meetings Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Meetings Meetings are held on the 1st Wednesday of each quarter at 7:00 p.m. RAMP Advisory Board Meetings Meetings are held from January to June, as necessary.
