NO OFFICIAL CITY BUSINESS WILL BE CONDUCTED. I, the City Recorder of Ephraim City, certify that copies of this notice for the Ephraim City Council quorum, were posted at Ephraim City Hall, Ephraim City website www.ephraimcity.org, and the Utah Public Notice website at www.utah.gov/pmn.
