NOTICE AND AGENDA MONROE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION December 11, 2025 Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 P.M. 7:00 P.M. 1. Meeting called to order- Prayer- Roll call. 2. Approval of previous meeting minutes November 18, 2025. 3. Citizens' comments. 4. PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monroe City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 16, 2025, at the Monroe City Office, 10 N Main, Monroe, UT at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments concerning a proposal for annexation of parcel 5-26-37 (1 acre) (located at approximately 640 N 100 E) designated as commercial/residential zone. 5. Consider Zoning Designation of parcel 5-26-37. 6. Other Business. 7. Adjournment. Posted on this 11th day of December, 2025.
