Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale Arts Advisory Board will hold a meeting Saturday, December 13,, 2025, at Station #92- Bluffdale City Fire Department, 14895 Noell Nelson Dr Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 8:00 am, or as soon thereafter as possible.
REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING
1. Welcome and Roll Call
2. Approval of meeting minutes from November 2025 meeting
3. Committee Updates (10 minutes each-Firm)
a. Theatre Arts (Julie Fox)
Need to select a show for summer of 2026 and Christmas show 2026
b. Community Engagement (April Jones)
c. Financials (Katerina Melantieva)
d. Visual Arts (Ruth Gledhill)
4. Production Expenditures (Eric Peterson)
Need to vote on financial policy Financial Policy.
Can we get prepaid cards from city?
5. Discussion of the Costume Shop

Decide days, times, and location for 2026 board meetings.
